San Culpa (intention or mantra) Stay-cation retreat will be hosted at the beautiful 300 Clifton Bed & Breakfast in Minneapolis. Nestled into the in historic hill overlooking Loring park, this gorgeously renovated home of the late Eugene J Carpenter will provide a warm space to share movement, meals, and breath.

Daily classes will be held in the mansion’s beautiful drawing room and will range from nourishing yoga to invigorating pilates. (see full sample itinerary for more details)

Dinners and brunches will be included and prepared by the talented Kait Ziemer – the General Manager of Sea Salt. This winter, she will be hosting pop-up dinners and brunches at the Sea Salt location and this retreat will be an exclusive “soft opening” introduction to her concept restaurant.

Our time together during the San Culpa Stay-cation will be focused on grounding, cultivating connection to your intentions, and coming home to yourself. Please join us for this special occasion to reconnect and create community – right in your own backyard.

The Venue

Cozy up to the fire in the den or sip coffee overlooking the courtyard. You will stay in clean and comfortable rooms in this beautifully restored home from 1905 located in Loring Park. In this mansion’s stunning drawing room, we will come together to move. After the sun has risen, we will throw open its massive windows and rejoice in the sunlight as we greet the day in our Pilates/yoga fusion class. During our candlelit Studio Prana session, we will turn the lights down low and draw on its strong foundation to connect you to the earth.  This incredible setting will be all you need to embrace and ground yourself in your intentions.

The schedule is flexible and planned to maximize the group’s experience of wellness and cultivate a sense of community while still allowing free time to meditate, relax, and recharge. Classes will be lead in a manner that is welcoming and challenging to all levels of experience.

Pilates/Yoga Fusion classes are comprised of Pilates mat work and vinyasa asana practice to create a deep connection between body and mind while toning, strengthening, and stretching.

Yoga classes will use a mixed style of hatha and vinyasa asana and will focus on grounding, stretching, strength, and release.

StudioPrana classes were created utilizing the techniques from Pranassage – a creative synthesis of body work and yoga that nurtures body and mind. Through restorative movement, guided meditation, and hands on adjustments, this class will leave you feeling calm, refreshed and connected. Unfeigned happiness comes from listening to our inner truth.
