STUDIObarre60

An express version of the class we all love to love/hate! High-energy, fun and challenging, this workout will get your heart rate up, lift tone your tush, & make you feel strong as hell. Utilizing a ballet barre for stability, this class incorporates isometric movements, Pilates, yoga, cardio, & resistance training achieving that awesome “I just worked my booty off” rush while still being low impact on bones and joints. All levels welcome and encouraged – as long as you’re ready to shake it! 60min

STUDIObarre75

This is the same as our STUDIObarre60 with a little something extra.

A little more abs? Check! A little more heart pumping cardio? Check! A great class for those days when you need 15 more minutes for yourself. As always, this low impact, high booty burning class is for all levels. 75min

A 6 week course that will seriously kick some booty! We will break down each of the moves from your favorite class. Learn proper form, ask questions, and sweat to learn how to get more bang for your buck when taking STUDIObarre60 and STUDIObarre75 classes. New series dates are TBD. 60min – $90 for the series
